Leaving it to be addressed just by the property owner, without referring the issue to the proper authority is just lazy. So the issue is on private property and the owner of this property must take care of this issue.... However, who is going to hold the property owner accountable for cleaning up?
Thank you for reporting your issue to the City of Bridgeport. An inspector will visit the property and begin the blight process, if a violation is found.
