How was the issue handled? The ditch is still full of grass and weeds and water from the road does not flow into them?

The area supervisor evaluated this issue and found the ditch is flowing properly at this time.

Please see attached photo. That is not a lake...that is Whitesburg Drive between Four Mile Post and Oddo. The road is submerged in water. Cars are being suddenly forced to left lane or hitting the water and confronting dangerous situation by being pushed into left lane. As you can see by the attached photo, the right lane is submerged as well as the driveway to the home and grass between sidewalk and road.
