Description
There is an area on Litespeed Ln that constantly sinks in and creates potholes. The city patches it (see #3473141 and #2996156) every year, but the repairs never last a full year. The area is bumpy and full of holes. It's like driving on an unpaved road, and drivers are driving out of lane to avoid the worst holes. It starts around 104 Litespeed Ln SW to in front of 103 Litespeed Ln SW.
