This house at 440 Norton Parkway is a disgrace to the neighborhood and to the City of New Haven. No one has lived here for 30 to 40 years or more. There are one or two decaying cars in the backyard and a grage that has almost disintegrated. Now there is a family of raccoons that have moved in. Two years ago there was a family of foxes. Why is nothing being done to rectify the situation? Is the city powerless?

I'm glad that wild animals have found a nice place to live, but this house really needs to be sold and rehabbed ASAP.

They are making a mess of everyone's garbage. They travel from yard to yard overnight and ransack the toters. I'm going to have to place padlocks on my garbage toters to keep them out.

This property was sold and the property has been issued a permit by the Building Department for Exploratory Demolition (pre-rehabilitation).
