Description
I believe there is a squatter(s) in the house. On a couple occasions I have seen someone enter the house. Which I am pretty sure is the basement entrance and my neighbor has said she has seen light in the house at night that resembles a cell phone light.

I spoke with the new property owner today, and let them know the house appears to be unsecured from transients and there is more rubbish dumped on the site.
The owner has an active permit and intends to demolish the home very soon. He will send someone to secure all the windows and doors within the next day or two.
You may contact me directly at 206-431-3682 for further updates.
Thanks for your care and concern for your neighborhood!

Update- I spoke with the property owner today, who said he's posted the property with No Trespassing signs (which should give trespassers a clear message). And I've also spoken with the contractor who will be doing the actual demolition, and he has assured me he will visit within the next few days and secure the property from further intrusion (close and secure or board up windows and unlocked doors). When they do that, they will request Tukwila Police accompany to clear the house of any trespassers should they still be inside.
I stopped by today and also saw that an abandoned SUV adjacent to the property has been removed, so we are hopeful that's also a step towards clearing the property of unwanted guests.
Thanks again for reporting this issue and for your concern for your community!
