Description
Health hazard. Piles of rotting construction debris. Drywall, appliances and fixtures. Has been sitting and accumulating for the better part of a year perhaps longer. The windows have been removed and boarded up the house has been gutted everything just left outside in piles in the back yard and front. The big health concern is the extremely high chances of exposure to mycotoxins for those in the surrounding area. In addition to the serious and sometimes fatal risks associated with mycotoxin exposure it is clear that there is a rodent infestation. Though the local stray cats might be pleased with the arrangement it is less than ideal for the surrounding homeowners I am including a link to an article from the World Health Organization that more clearly explains what mycotoxins are (not just black mold) as well as the risks associated with exposure.

Hello City of Shoreline. I have seen rats in and around this garbage. Please remove it soon, as I worry it will get worse once the rain comes back.

Has there been any changes to case CREM17-000967? I haven't seen anyone visit the property and all previous garbage is still in piles in the front and back yards.
