It may involve a sewer drainage or leveling issue, but really difficult to tell. Please note that every time it rains, even a small shower, the street floods, specifically on the East side where people park and sometimes cannot get out of their vehicles without stepping in standing water. Most notably from the alleyway to Central Ave. There is also a concern of mosquito reproduction as the water can be standing for days. I have attached photos of the issue which will seemingly be much worse if a severe thunder or tropical storm were to come. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I apologize for apparently making a typo previously on the address which is really on a map at 21st St S at Central Avenue, specifically, the EAST side of the street where parking is allowed next to a restaurant called Trophy Fish (2060 Central Ave) and offices called Classic Architectural (2063 1st Ave S).
Plus, there is obviously "No Parking" allowed on 22 St S, so I am unsure how the response above as "The issue that you reported previously has been addressed by the City, and this open work order is now closed" without requesting clarification or noticing the picture evidence provided was not what you see when on 22nd St S at Central?
Please address this issue which if you go by right now, as it just rained, you will see the pools of water (basically a lake) all along the East side of 21st St S between Central Ave and 1 Ave S. I've included a picture taken today (Tuesday) within the last hour at 9:30am 7/24. My apologies for not being more clear earlier. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
