Description

The canals that feed this lake to help with our flooding issues are over grown with water plants and the lake is very high. The water cannot move efficiently through this area and it's supposed to provide an outlet for the flood waters in our neighborhood. But instead the water is becoming stagnant and will not allow for water flow.
