Nothing has changed except how far into the street they park. It will be getting darker earlier with less visibility, when people come back from work and school. Obviously their convenience is their priority because they were outside while the neighbor child on a big wheel had to enter the street and was invisible to traffic. It is hard when a single home is shared by multiple families, but there is abundant street parking a few houses up, even where the new neighbors have started blocking the sidewalk on the opposite side leaving no options.
