Description

The debris is on Ridgeway, between Broadway and Terrace, on the sidewalk next to the corner of the building that used to be RentACenter. Several weeks ago, someone put a green compost bin there and it is filled with garbage. There is also a plastic chair next to the bin. I think someone put the compost bin there because people continually dump garbage at that specific spot. I have reported debris at this site at least 4 times in the past. I asked previously what can be done to prevent this spot from continuously being used as a dump. It seems the only way it gets cleared up is if it is reported over and over again.
