Any word on when something will be done? My son was outside and freaked out. What we believe to be a rat came scurrying from their yard into ours. I can’t take much more of this. This has been going on for long enough. Something needs to be done. I implore you to help us!!!

Yes a notice was sent to the owner, the reinspection date is July 31st. If they do not comply an in house hearing will take place.

What is an in-house hearing? What can or will be done? Sorry to be such a pain, but this house is causing way too many problems for my home. All the other neighbors work so hard to maintain nice homes and yards and this house is causing nothing but issues.

I hate to persist on this issue, but all of the neighbors and I were wondering what the next step is? These people have not done 1 iota of anything to fix a problem that has been reported to you guys. There are children who will be waiting for a bus right next to this property in less than 3 weeks and we do not feel this is a safe domicile for them to be standing at. Please let us know what is going on.

The side of their yard that abuts ours is still in disarray. An abandoned camper that has been demolished, grass that is overgrown, and various debris. It is behind their fence so it lays in our yard. Please I implore you to do something. This issue has been reported for over 3 months and they have not done anything to fix this!!!!

I’m sorry to bother you, but it has gotten even worse. There is now another camper parked on the front lawn. The fence has fallen down and the nails are sticking up in the wood that is laying on the ground. Trash is everywhere and cars and boats are parked in the backyard.
I’ve been reporting this for awhile and nothing improves, in fact it just gets worse.
There are children wIting for a bus right there and their safety is a concern for me.
I implore you to please help!!!!!

Things have not changed and are even worse!!! They keep putting more waste/rubbish over the fence onto our yard. The fence is worse and the nails are everywhere. There is now access to the pool from the road and it contains sludge like water. They have the excessive amount of vehicles and campers everywhere.

I agree with my neighbor, as stated above. The property is a mess still.
