Description

There is an illegal encampment under the 14th Ave / Beaumont Ave bridge (under highway 580) that is blocking the pedestrian walkway, preventing cars from parking on the side of the street, preventing pedestrians from using the sidewalk, and leaving litter and refuse all over the area.
