Q. What is your area of concern?
A. Timing - Traffic Signals.
Q. Why is this a concern?
A. EB traffic at afternoon rush hour only lets 5 cars through per cycle. Causes a long backup on Pinemont and zero backup on Ella.
Q. Problem occurs at what time of day?
A. 4pm-7pm
