Driver in a tan Lexus on Kelly Drive and Falls Bridge ran the right red turn arrow onto the Falls Bridge at @30mph while I was about to cross with the walk signal. White male approx. 50 years of age, smoking a cigarette with one hand on the wheel, the other out the window. I verbally expressed my concern and he turned confrontational. He stopped his car on the middle of the bridge, allowing me to get his tag #. Beware of this intersection and this driver.

this intersection needs policing. someone is going to get killed in a road rage incident if drivers are left to deal with this nightmare themselves. every single day folks drive right up to the front of the line and cut off the patient drivers who actually waited (up to 30minutes!) for their turn.

Write info@eastfallscommunity.org if you'd like to join the Traffic Comm. of the East Falls Community Council. Speeding and reckless driving in East Falls makes the Indy 500 look like kid's stuff.

Make sure to report this to the police so it's on the record they will use it in thier comp-stat enforcement, if you don't want to call 911 because the emergency has passed you can go through 311 to get assistance filing a report
