Bike lane blocked by canopy structure, sidewalk blocked by debris and an abandoned vehicle with flat tire. Pedestrians unable to walk on sidewalk, cyclists unable to use bike lane. Please remove debris and restore right of way before cyclists or people walking who are forced into the busy street are injured.
