Description

This morning I was trying to turn left from Arques to Oakmead. The left turn signal never changed, while the cross traffic, parallel traffic, and left turn signal across the intersection all got to go 4 times. Myself and the people behind me all had to merge out and go straight to get to the next light to make u-turn.
