Description

Unknown address. property is a vacant lot, on corner of alley on Willow Ave. and Butler st. A block from Navarre street. It has weeds 4-5" tall and sidewalk is nearly covered. Causing pedestrians to use street. This alley is used often because Butler is a one way as is Willow. There have been many near accidents with cars trying to come out while a car is trying to go in.
