large hole developing as a result of city kerb disintegrating, city road is in poor shape. Area leads onto private access, owner is not able to repair or maintain their part until the city fixes the road side. Issue is made worse by heavy truck traffic using the private owned property as a turn around point on a dead end service road. Service road is used for heavy truck parking and the only turn point is the private lot currently occupied by Diamond International trucks.
