Description

The perimeter of rock creek rd literally across from where the Woman was found naked bound and taped , was Cut (The grass ) and the tree's were done haphazardly. All along that tree belt if it doesn't get cut back is always a breeding ground for trash and vandalism as well as crime. A neighbor tried to speak with the gentleman that was assigned to come cut the thoroughfare and was ignored, this is the worst job I've ever seen them ( City- parks dept.) do; You wouldn't want your street to be so disregarded. The Alder-person (m.s.) moved, so we can't even get her to verify to the City what it looks like . Also there is a tree along that belt across from 51 rock creek and it was tagged to be cut down because it's old and rotting and more of it falls off ( branches, limbs and such) everytime there is a rainfall or heavy wind, etc.. PLEASE HELP !!
