Description

someone is dumping trash at 248 elk st, near the corner of henry johnson. everytime i go by there, there's more and more trash put out in front of this vacant lot. please have the city take away the trash. it's basically in bags, etc. can't some investigation go into finding out who's dumping this trash here, such as looking for names and addresses inside the trash bags?
