Every morning, starting at approximately 3:30 am, trash trucks speed down the Brentwood parkway onto 6th St (a residential street). Because they're traveling so fast, at every intersection, the trucks bounce, creating a boom that shakes every house on the street. It's an ongoing nuisance, and needs to be resolved.
