Yes I agree. The dogs keep me up barking all the time. Something has to be done.

Im so glad someone complained because im tired of the dogs as well. Fence is horrible and their dogs stick head out and try and attack you.

The health department does not have rules on barking dogs or dogs breaking thorough fence and running at large. Reassigning to the Police Department. If the fence is in poor repair, you can make a separate complaint under property maintenance. /// GED
