Under renovation...complex should have been razed and built from ground up with the amount of problems that this old section 8 property had. Driving by on Fort Lowell and observing construction, even a layman could see the structural issues the property presented. However, the developer simply "remodeled" in an effort to provide low cost living options mainly targeted towards University students. We shall see how this property progresses in the long term as loud parties and trash are most likely to come...hopefully not.
