We live on the corner of Mississippi Ave and Marie St. The stop sign, which is usually in our front corner yard, was run over last week.
Also last week a car was speeding down the road from Molly Goodheads, lost control at our corner, and hit the power pole across the street. I took a picture of the car but it backed up and left leaving pieces of their car behind.
Drunk driving and speeders are a constant problem on this short, unpaved street. People coming and going from Molly Goodheads use it as a cut through. There are no sidewalks and several children live and play on the street.
