The problem is that we don’t need to be on the list to consideration for 12th St to be repaved? We are already on the list to be repaved, and have been for a very long time but the city just hasn’t gotten around to repaving it. Drake ave in my area got completely repaved, bob Wallace got repaved bcuz of the new Morris P-8 school opening and the new Walmart Neighborhood Market that opened up. 12th street from Bob Wallace Ave to 12th street and 9th ave is on a Huntsville Shuttle Bus Route, so I felt that would be important to the City of Huntsville. I can see it’s not that important to come through the Oxford Townhomes community and repave the shuttle bus route(despite it being horrible) and the city coming to continuing to patch up the potholes over and over again is really getting kinda old and worn out. The street is horrible and if you had to drive on it daily and continue to hit repaved potholes that reopen so easy you would be annoyed too just like I am. So since my street is already on the repaving list and the city just hasn’t gotten to it(everyone in my complex knows that we’re alresdy on the repaving list) so it would be extremely nice if the city would please get to it and repave OUR ROAD

I also would like to know when is it ok to grow corn in your front yard as my neighbor on my street does?

I can see it depends on what side of town you live on that’s truly not fair at all but whatever that’s how the city does us. The fact I live on a Huntsville Shuttle Bus Route should be important enough to the city but I see it’s not and they don’t even care since they just dismissed me and closed my issue like they were done with me

I feel your pain no it’s not allowed for your neighbors to grow corn in there front yard I would assume(it’s not like they have a farm or are living in a farm there living in the city limits so that shouldn’t be allowed at all but I see it is bcuz the out isn’t doing anything about it.
