Description
EBMUD:
The hydrant at the corner of E 8th St and Alameda Ave is directly feeding water to the homeless encampment. Someone has a giant wrench that allows people to fill up buckets of water, sometimes not shutting off the water correctly. Although, I do see the need of a hydrant for emergency purposes, however, there should be a lock of some sorts to prevent abuse of our water sources.
