We try to avoid blocking the sidewalk to the extent possible. In 2018 we got rid of a large car and replaced it with a smaller car and this helps -- almost exactly when this issue was filed, coincidentally.

I'm not sure if this request is asking for the city to realign the sidewalk, or if it's asking us to park elsewhere.

Someday the house will need the retaining wall in the front rebuilt (it's not in great shape) and when that time comes, it could be an opportunity to realign the driveway to make two full size spaces.

The DPW has closed out this ticket and placed the sidewalk repair request in queue for evaluation and correct processing. Thank you for your patience. The DPW receives sidewalk requests city-wide, and when they are closed out here, they have been moved to a master processing point for evaluation, and assignment. They may be addressed in-house, through a contract, or in coordination with other work, such as stump removal. Thank you again!
