Why doesn't Roseville respond to the complaints of the people? Very few are answered here, and no one does anything about the violators. Are the city officials being bribed to let things slide, and only issue violations to certain violators and not others? Are they being paid off? Maybe they are discriminating? Why aren't things being taken care of? Users of this site, start sending emails to the city officials about the problems you are noticing and then maybe they'll listen.
