I work at Lynch Elementary nearby. This home has been completely gutted and renovated - all new windows, all new doors, and the garage was converted to living space - all with no permit. This home is in the AE flood zone and requires additional reviews and inspections. It is now for sale. I have included a picture of the house from only 4 months ago - compare it to now and you can easily see the garage conversion, the new windows, and the new doors.
