Description

I have another photo which I cannot seem to attach here. Will try to send in next email. CONFUSING SIGNALS: Green light is directly over left turning lane along with red left arrow. If car ventures into intersection to await green arrow, is next winds up facing red light + red arrow and blocks intersection for cars wanting to turn left from Signs Road onto Richmond Ave.
CONSIDER moving green light to the next straight travel lane to the right.
Signal not actually malfunctioning, just badly positioned
