Older white convertible with expired plates has been parked in front of location for several days without being moved

Q. Why do you think it is abandoned (no tires, plowed in, etc.)?
A. Plate tab expired in 2014. Vehicle hasn't been moved in several days.
Q. What is the vehicle's make, model, and color?
