Deskripsyon

The pedestrian crossing on Telegraph at 58th Street is dangerous. The JCC with an afterschool program and a church are located on the west side of Telegraph and the Sutter Alta Bates Summit Medical Center Imaging and Mammography Center is located on the east side of Telegraph, so patients sometimes have to use that crosswalk. It is also heavily used for people walking to and from Rockridge BART. With Telegraph being a 4-lane highway there with no speed limit enforcement, and no lights at the crosswalk, it is dangerous at all hours of the day and night.
