It seems when a problem reported on SCF and gets recategorized, it falls in a black hole never to be heard from again. I would call the Parks department directly.. Get a name & date and make a notation on SCF that you reported this personally. Talking to your alder can't hurt either. If you do not get any satisfaction from these people you know who to vote out of office in the next election. The frustration of many in the city is rising because people are not taking care of business as they should.
