cars coming from York street thru Warren to Washington are not stopping for pedestrians, rolling thru the stop sign, or approaching the pedestrians within a few feet as they are crossing. police need to ticket people here as massive daycare on both sides with parents with little kids and strollers. plus St Peters prep has hundreds of kids here as well. police patrol at this intersection would solve problems in the AM and PM.
