Description

Hello, I have paid for the street light assessment over the past 20 years that I lived here but i get no benefit from the street lights since both lights on either side of my neighbors are completely covered and surrounded by trees. How do we resolve this so I and my neighbors can get the benefit of the street lights? I could only send 1 photo but the over light is the same , cant see it,
