Description

The easement in the alley is allowing dirt and trash to collect in the drainage ditch between two properties. With the rain, and the continual runoff water coming from the LDS church, this is going to increase the amount of mosquitoes. Because there is a covering over the drainage ditch, we cannot clean where there is the most materials. The easement needs to be repaired so the dirt and trash from the alley does not continue to come into the ditch and cause problems.
