I completely agree about this. I have been through this intersection at 5 am, in the middle of the day, in the afternoon, at night, on the weekend, etc... Almost 50% of the time, someone almost hits me because they do not yield. Also, people try to get around yielding to circle traffic by driving in the right turn lane, as if they are turning into Shirlington - and then try to cut left into the through lanes. I really think the police should enforce heavily here. Some of the worst violators are people on their cell phones.

The grass in the median needs to be mowed, it's blocking my view of oncoming traffic

Yield area is in Arlington Co. Mowing within City is on a two wk cycle per Parks. If there is a specific sight line which is impaired it should be noted.

I noticed yesterday that the grass had been mowed. But - they really should add an overhead blinking yield light or a yield sign with a blinking light...people just ignore the yield sign and i was almost hit again this morning as I came around the turn.
