Good Afternoon Code Enforcement Team,
I am the owner of Pacific Engineering Design LLC, the neighboring building to the Extended Stay America Seattle - Tukwila (ESA) located at 15451 53rd Ave S, Tukwila, WA 98188. I am writing to you because we have contacted Extended Stay Management, including their Corporate Headquarters, several times to have the lawn mowed and maintained in a professional manner on the side where both our properties meet.
We have been told multiple times by ESA staff that portion of the property does not belong to Extended Stay America Seattle-Tukwila and that we should contact the City of Tukwila for resolution. As the owner of Pacific Engineering Design, I know the location of the boundary lines of my property. In past years, that area has been mowed by ESA’s hired landscaper. This is also the area, where the hotel’s guests walk their pets and have them do their “business”. We would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible as the grass has grown uncontrollably, blackberry vines are growing wild, and the area is also a fire hazard. It’s very unsightly for our staff, tenants and clients.
