Yep, this driver is very careless and seems to have a very bad attitude - not sure if it is the result of his having to serve a largely Caucasian, middle-class neighborhood. Nonetheless, he should be happy to have a good city job. Recently, he did considerable damage to a neighbor's front yard, driving the truck over a substantial portion of the person's yard (leaving a huge, ugly tire-track). Oftentimes, he will dump the bin very quickly and hastily, spilling-out garbage all over the ground. Many times, I have been forced to clean-up his mess, which I believe he enjoys making.
