Posted previously as "Pothole" on 5/18/18: Plows have repeatedly destroyed the asphalt berm that routes water down lower Chandler and Ivy roads, resulting in debris as pictured and water flow problems all the way down the road to where Ivy meets Winthrop. Road in poor condition throughout. Also not sure where property line ends and what should be paved. Need city engineering advice to fix all of this.
