Description

A vehicle has been backed up to garage door and has not moved in over a year. Is very likely not registered currently. Resident also has extension ladder leaning on tree in front yard for probably a year or more as well. He has been cutting down parts of the tree periodically. The ladder is always up on the tree and is a safety hazard for children in the neighborhood who could climb up it and fall off. This property is always a mess and the grass is usually long as well.
