Description

Property owner Bill Hardin owns the property at 3713 Kings Park Cir. It looks a mess and I am not sure if he evicted them or they just threw all of there stuff out and left. My mom is 81 and she takes pride in her property. It looks a mess at the property that Mr. Hardin owns. There are sofas, clothes and etc. This can cause rodents and other issues. THis happened one time before and he cleaned it up. This has been out there for over 2 weeks. I want this mess gone. This makes no sense. He owns the property and he should be held liable to clean it up.
