Description

neighbor who is a renter has dumped big furniture outside on the sidewalk close to my property (i am a home owner). has been there for over a month. when i asked her if she was going to remove it, she said "i have more stuff to put out there." when i asked if she was going to call illegal dumping, she sarcastically said "sure, i am." i have had to call illegal dumping on her a couple of times before.
