Still happening daily. One day I saw a police car sitting there watching and was grateful that most stopped. Then, one car went right through and the police did nothing. Not sure what that was all about, but this makes it dangerous for us to get out of the building at 10 SW South River Drive (Neo Lofts), as the cars are flying through that intersection.

This intersection is terrible. Cars rarely stop, at the very least a rolling stop. I have almost been hit a few times. I now pick up my dog to cross in the crosswalk. The speeding on the street is just as bad, whether i am coming out of the Neo Loft garage or someone speeds past me or another while driving on South River Dr, it's ridiculous and very unsafe. Definitely need speed bumps and perhaps change the intersection mentioned to a light. I have actually seen police run the stop sign too, while their lights are not on.

This remains a very dangerous intersection. Cars speed along South River Drive and blow the stop signs. Trucks continue to get stuck under the First Street Bridge because their drivers do not read the height warning. Several speed bumps are necessary to ensure that this residential neighborhood is safe, that pedestrians are safe, and drivers can safely enter and exit from NeoLofts. I would rather see speed bumps installed than a traffic light because several speed bumps will slow traffic down.
