Description

Homeowner on adjacent property says the tree marked in photo has broken the sidewalk. Homeowner claims tree is on public property, her property, 321 Candler Street, is abutting this public strip. Nevertheless, additional trees on the Iverson side has broken the sidewalk. ADA hazard, Trip Fall Hazard, possible sewer line intrusion. Target resolution date?
