Description

Our evaporators coils on our a/c unit on the 4th floor went out due to vibration from heavy construction and street traffic on metal grate and/or pothole on poorly maintained street. Within days pf each other our neighbors at 427, 425, 431 and us at 427B have all had coil or unit failures from the vibration our homes endure during the prolonged construction off Tuam and Brazos.
