I have reported this before. The landlord does NOT take care of this side part of the yard: the leaves left 6 months after autumn make half the sidewalk impassable, the branches cover the sidewalk, the weeds make it impossible for to get out of a parked car on the passenger side, and its a frequent site for dumping trash.

Sorry there is no Public Space inspector available to address these issues.
I ahve someone who blocks the sidewalk completely everyday all day and night...going on 5 months ..no one will even respond !!! ...unbelievable !!!

Please look the other way until Mayor Harp can hire someone to enforce QOL issues...

I did it tonight since tomorrow is trash pick up, bagged the clippings. I was respectful of the owner so I did not go on the property just cleared what was blocking the sidewalk
