I have reported this before. The landlord does NOT take care of this side part of the yard: the leaves left 6 months after autumn make half the sidewalk impassable, the branches cover the sidewalk, the weeds make it impossible for to get out of a parked car on the passenger side, and its a frequent site for dumping trash.
