Description

Please permanently remove the recycling container from the alleyway behind this house. There is no recycling pickup in the alleyway! Residence are using this bin as a trashcan and the trash sits and rots

most of our alley ways have again become unacceptable. We are really trying so hard to get these places cleaned up. what is going on with sanitation?They were always on the ball. Our alley ways are dumping grounds and should not be tolerated. Please tend to the alley ways. tree trimming is needed all over. we trimmed our alley access and so should everyone else or the city. this has got to stop, Thanks so much.we need to limit public access in a lot of these alleyways.
