We have numerous dead trees behind our apartment building that are a danger to our vehicles and our neighbors. See attached photo. A dead tree fell on my car and destroyed the front end. The landlord does not own the land. Rust-Oleum Corp on Olive Street is responsible for the land and has not taken any action. This is the second time a tree has fallen on a vehicle.
